01 / WHAT WE DO

Practical support.
Across your site's scales.

Inconsistent weights, a damaged load cell or a service coming due. Start with the equipment and what you need it to do.

01

Calibration

Check performance across the agreed weighing range, with results you can keep against the equipment record.

  • Bench and floor scales
  • Weighbridges and weighing systems
  • Test scope agreed before the visit
Plan a calibration
02

Fault finding & repair

Find the cause of unstable readings, a dead display or a scale that no longer returns to zero.

  • Load cells and cable connections
  • Indicators and junction boxes
  • Mechanical checks and replacement parts
Describe a fault
03

Planned maintenance

Arrange visits around how the equipment is used, the site conditions and your available shutdown time.

  • Condition and performance checks
  • Service records for each asset
  • Follow-up work clearly identified
Build a service plan

02 / YOUR EQUIPMENT

A small scale.
A whole site's weighing.

Different equipment needs different preparation. Select yours to see what helps us scope the work.

03 / THE WAY WE WORK

Know what was checked.
Know what comes next.

A useful service record should tell you more than the date of the visit. It should explain the equipment's condition, the work carried out and anything still needing attention.

  1. 01

    Agree the scope

Confirm the equipment, test requirements and site arrangements before work starts.

  2. 02

    Inspect, test, record

Check the equipment and document the results. Discuss any repair or adjustment needed.

  3. 03

    Leave a clear record

Keep the results, work completed and follow-up recommendations together for your team.

What should I include in a service request?

The equipment type, make, model and capacity are a good start. Add the site location, what has changed in its behaviour, and any error message. For planned work, include your preferred timing and available downtime.

Can calibration and repairs happen on the same visit?

That depends on the fault, parts and test equipment needed. Include known problems when arranging the visit so repair work can be considered in the scope. Some equipment may need a further visit or workshop work.

How often should our scales be calibrated?

There is no single interval for every scale. Usage, conditions, previous results and your quality requirements all matter. Share your current schedule and any changes in use when discussing the next visit.

Can I include several types of equipment?

Yes. Use the service brief below to list bench scales, floor scales, weighbridges and process weighing systems together. Each entry can include a quantity, so identical equipment does not need a separate line for every unit.

What if weighing is used to charge customers?

Flag this in your brief so the applicable verification requirements can be discussed. Calibration and legal-for-trade verification are different activities. Confirm the required scope before work is booked.
